Terms of service

At MATTHILDUR, our SHOPIFY STORE will operate for the convenience of our customers who enjoy ordering our product online.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, with the exception of Sunday and Federal holidays.

In the event that an item which is ordered has been sold and is no longer available you will be sent an email apologizing for the inconvenience.

For international orders, the costs of customs and administration fees are included in the purchase at Checkout.

Our prices are in US dollars and they do not include shipping costs and customs and duty costs. Those costs will be calculation by SHOPIFY when your purchase is completed.

Our primary carrier will be UPS which will provide overnight, @ or 3 day delivery in addition to basic Ground service. There will be occasions when we will use the USPS as necessary to complete a transaction. We cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes.

In respect to the color of the garment you have purchased, please understand that we strive to have a true color of the garment on our website. Unfortunately colors do vary depending on your screen and your settings and may therefore not be exactly as you imagined.
