Refund policy

We will accept unworn merchandise with the original price tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be free of odors, pet hair, or dirt of any kind.
Otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be issued.

The WAREHOUSE SALE and FINAL MARKDOWNS/REDUCTIONS SALE are non-refundable. 
You may return the items for a store credit, which will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card. 
As of September 2025, store credits will be issued to the customer's profile and will be accessible by using the same email address as the initial order. The credit will automatically apply to a future order as long as the same email address is used upon checkout.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from all returns. 

Refunds will issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
