PRIVACY POLICY

We will collect information from you that you will provide to us when you make an online purchase. The information will include your name, address, email address and telephone number. We may also collect/use your non-personal information, such as Cookies, IP addresses, Pixel, Visitors data, Third party data, or Web beacons. Any other information pertaining to your credit card will be an expiration date and the security code on the front or the back of your card. This information will only be used in the shipping of your merchandise, we will not under any circumstances share your information.


TERMS OF SERVICE

    • At MATTHILDUR, our SHOPIFY STORE will operate for the convenience of our customers who enjoy ordering our product online. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, with the exception of Sunday and Federal holidays. In the event that an item which is ordered has been sold and is no longer available you will be sent an email apologizing for the inconvenience.
    • For international orders, the costs of customs and administration fees are included in the purchase at Checkout.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA.
    Canadian orders $25.00
    International orders $40.00
    Those costs will be calculated by SHOPIFY when your purchase is completed.
  • Our primary carrier will be UPS which will provide overnight, @ or 3 day delivery in addition to basic Ground service. There will be occasions when we will use the USPS as necessary to complete a transaction. We cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes. In respect to the color of the garment you have purchased, please understand that we strive to have true colors of the garments on our website. Unfortunately, colors do vary depending on your screen and your settings and may therefore not be exactly as you imagined.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your MATTHILDUR purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase we are also happy to accept a return. We ask that you follow our easy return policy.

The return shipment is to be paid for by the customer and the return box should also include the original bill of sale. The return will be processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.

We will accept unworn merchandise with the original price tags still attached within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund in the same payment form from the original invoice. If it was a credit card used please be advised that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
